My super Yummy chicken cutlets
Ingredients:
  1. chicken-1 kg
  2. potatoes-4
  3. onion-2
  4. green chilly-3
  5. ginger garlic=2tb
  6. turmeric-1tsp
  7. chilly powder-1tb
  8. garam masala-1tbs
  9. bread crumbs-1/2 pkt
  10. egg-2
  11. coriander -2tb
  12. salt for taste
Method
  • Boil the chicken with a little tumeric and salkt  and remove the bones or you could use boneless chicken
  • Add little salt, green chiilly, onions and chilly powder into a tsp of oil and fry for 2min or until the onion is soft
  • Boil the potatoes seperatley, and when cooled off combine with the sautĂ©ed masala and the chicken , add salt if necessary
  • keep this mixture away until its totally cooled off

For Fring
Make balls with the above mixture and dip it in the beaten egg and coat it with bread crumbs and fry until both the sided are golden brown, don't over cook it.
            ps: you could preserve the chicken mixture without adding potatoes and reuse it for 2 -3 days and separately make the potato mixture as it is starchy and has the tendency to spoil, 

How do you have it :you can combine the cutlets with ketchup or couls make rolls with leftover chapathis, or I recommend my way of having it with rice, curds and beets and obviously the cutlets which are more like kabah here, and for those of you who likes a sandwich could just put a few drops of ketchup on the cutlet n use it as a filling in burgers and sandwiches.don't forget to let me know what you thought about my recipe, also make this fr urself and load up ur pics , you could also follow me on twiter and instagram , my link ishttps://twitter.com/alinahanna and http://instagram.com/alinahannaalexander
